“Robber Talk” is derived from the long-winded boastful, yet disguisedly politically and socially satirical speeches of the Midnight Robber, one of the traditional Carnival characters of Trinidad and Tobago.
Since I began posting on Islandmix and then Trinicenter, my articles and blogs were intended to make one think and look at society in a different way, maybe challenge assumptions and comfort zones you thought were safe.

We are in the mess we are in because too many things were swept under the carpet, not confronted, not taken apart. The REAL academics seem to ignore or shy away from the real sensitive issues, so I guess it’s up to me to bring them to your attention.
